This album was released by Eddie Carrigan under the project name "Proper Snobs".

Recorded at The Soundhouse, released by Moon Ghost Music in 2011. This album defines the Eddie Carrigan sound. A collection of songs that have all the elements of this eclectic songwriter conveyed in his consistent style, a mixture of emotion, dynamics and storytelling underline the artistic connection of music and thought provoking lyrics.

This CD was originally going to be released as another Eddie Carrigan album, but he decided to release it under the band name Karigan (a wordplay on his own surname, Carrigan). This album was in fact recorded by Eddie, with the band being formed for live performances.

This album has a mixture of uptempo and ballad songs, some of them almost haunting in nature. The Clown and You are good examples of this. The title track Universal Sign also received national radio play in Canada.

Recorded at The Mansion Studios, released in 1997, this was Eddie Carrigan's self titled debut release on the Affinity Records label. There are two songs from this album, Wish It Would End and Taxi Cab that received national radio play across Canada,.
